Presenting diagnosis: full-term pregnancy, primigravida, pregnancy induced hypertension
Planned procedure: labor induction
Past medical history: morbid obesity
Other pertinent information: no other remarkable surgical or medical history
Anesthetic plan: lumbar epidural analgesia, upon request
