Presenting diagnosis: bilateral breast cancer without lymph node involvement
Planned procedure: bilateral breast reconstruction with a latissimus myocutaneous flap and transverse rectus abdominis muscle flap (TRAM)
Past medical history: none
Anesthetic plan: general endotracheal anesthesia
